Nice one Raja!! I definately like it. Although the type is bugging me. Seems a nice sans serif font sound have worked better with the mark.

I agree with the previous comment. I don't think this type is a good choice... Avenir LT could be a good alternative.

I don't like the vertical color splash and think it should be relegated to the back of the other elements. I also agree with the font comments.

I like the colors! Would maybe be nice if the colors blend to white or black in the middle where they all come together.
