Looking at this again, the tail of the cursor, the triangle and the circle don't seem to be centered. Might just be my eyesight, but it seems off.

scala humana - ^I agree arteconsabor. I think you can push this a little further to match the mark to the feel of "girl" through subtle details. I'm looking at my cursor and the bottom or widest part of the arrow doesn't cut across perfectly. Those two outer points angle up before the shape descends to form the stem. To soften it up, have you tried to round out all the corners on the arrow a bit. IMO it's the details that will match the mark to the creativity of the concept. But very clever indeed :)
