The type looks okay (except for the screwy anti-aliasing, which happened because you uploaded the logo at the wrong size), but the mark isn't really doing it for me. It's not horrible, it just doesn't seem very memorable or recognizable to me. I feel like it's a tad too complex, and it sits a little too close to the type.
