Good shape, looks like a surf board upside down... You talk about sun but, "excepting" the half-circle, where could we feel that "sun"? I think your logo is too binary colored, it needs "calor" (all right for blue, but grey...). Also, I'm not convinced by the way you used this font to... Too easy, even for Ibiza, too many seen... May be you could try to improve it... Turn your "e" 30° right, cut the small upper part of the "r" in "Park". The "k" also have problem, it seems to have not the same size than the other letters. I think you have to entirely rebuilt it. May be try to align its horizontal stroke with the right-end of the "r"...
