I swear I've seen something just like this before somewhere, on some type of Mac security software or something, but I can't seem to find it.

@ryantoyota: Microsoft Windows' security center's shield has four colored quadrants and is somewhat similarly styled.

Wow, now that you mention it it does look very similar to the Windows Security logo. Should I remove the quadrants and perhaps add a wide diagonal strip across the shield?

I like it. It does remind me of windows or mac, but since this is probably a security software package, it doesn't bother me very much.
