Lose the glow effect around everything. Lose the white outline. Lose the gray outline beneath that. Your brain illustration is good, but it's absolutely ruined by the heavy outline strokes and glow. Elegantify it. Personally, I'd make the brainy bits dark (the positive space), while completing removing the gray warping strokes, instead allowing the negative space to create the details across the brain.

ill try editing the parts inside the outline , the client wanted a glow , a flare effect sort of like from a comment, I suggested we use somethin like just simple vectors ( a coment streak ) to portray it, but he wanted something with a gradient touch ( feathered )

All, well that's indeed a classic client example. Did you try mocking up the vector flare/spark and pitching it to them? Sometimes a visual and some fancy worded justification is all you need to sell the better idea to a client. ;]
