Shade
by Kult House
"Shade" is a new graphic shader technology being produced by Scientific Ninja. The code behind Shade utilizes a tree structure, which serves as the basis for the logo -- and also provides a nice reference to the "shade" a tree casts as well. To add another angle, I created fiery leaves to suggest the illuminating abilities of the shader tech.

The a and the e are distracting to the eye with their wierd shapes, I would pick a more basic font.

Also add in a subtle light gray shadow. I think it'll help the appearance greatly.

I'm not entirely sure how the two vowels are "distracting" you. The font is anything but complex..

Faux CRA stays.

Neat looking logo. Much cooler once I read the concept behind it.

The tight kerning and tiny counters make the font feel a tad too bold. I'd like to see the font a little lighter, but really neat concept.

Very nice visual of the company concept. I do think if you went a "slight" less bold on the type ie would tighten it up a bit. Really nice work!

Ok then. I do think that the slogan text is horribly unprofessional. Use a simple font like Helvetica and it'd look amazing. Try both Allcaps and Nocaps.

Very nice concept. I like the type treatment that hints of a technology-based business without being cliche.

I'd change the slogan text to a simpler font as well, but I think "horribly unprofessional" is a little dramatic.

Love the logo except the tag line font is to edgy try a basic san-serif font instead.
