the spacing doesnt feel right vertically... that i in business is pratically butting heads with the r. if you want to keep the and as opposed to an apresand try it horizontally and cutting into the e or something. try a different font for the r and e too. that font is so overused... its not your fault that no one realizes there are other fonts out there.

remember even if the client wants something boring that doesnt means you have to go boring. that logo is still going to be part of your portfolio and it should make you proud!
