Description: Simple little logo for a quaint little realty company. They wanted to be warm, inviting, and not look like some huge organization. At the same time, they wanted to look professional and get taken seriously.

It's an added textural element which I feel helps keep it warm. Without it, I found the logo becoming a bit too corporate.

i agree liquisoft, it really helps to soften the whole thing back and give it a more friendly touch. good stuff.
