- Done pro bono for a starting woman Gynecologist. The symbol is a geometric/abstract representation of the female reproductive system. The client expressly asked not to depict a pregnant woman, because where she works, she wants to make people conscious of all the other vast services a Gynecologist gives.

I actually consulted with women for this one and they were not offended by it, they thought it was abstract enough and that you could know for what it was just by looking at the symbol, they liked it. And yeah, of course, the Doc liked it too :)

Think about it, it's as if you made a "cigar" or "tie" symbol for an Urologist.. It's just a narrow-minded way of depicting people.
