Great job in conveying depth through hues. When this whole reflecting logos fad dies down, yours will survive, I believe, as it seems reproducible when scaled down.

thanx machawk1 for your comment! this is one of a few variations i use with the "dual M single X" and its the only version with a fade-shadow.

i don't know... for such a nice logo (it's lovely, so strong, memorable and attractive), i feel like the type competes too much... i would maybe simplify the text a little
