What's with the rope coil recently ? It all started with %22Emili Carr institute%22:http://www.ecuad.ca/themes/ec2009/images/front_page_upgrade_090219/ecu_logo.gif logo and then just spread like a fire. On LP alone there must be 5 or 6 logos using it.

Unkempt coil of rope/twine/wire/etc is a very distinct concept. And apparently it is a %22hot new trend%22 now rapidly approaching a design cliche, if not there yet. Emili Carr or not .. even though their logo revamp made it to identity tracking sites several months ago, and it was already labeled as a cliche even back then. But what do I know.

I'm made this logo with my car in the snow the other day...**and then I got out and made a snow-angle for the leafy bits**now that's a mood bored, mister.

very bad type. too tight of kerning %26 some of the widths just make no sense. bad bad bad.
