Yet another fox logo, but this one works...nicely done! Imo...raise or lower the head to show more black between the ears or none at all, or adjust the ellipse.*IMO, I'd play with the type a lot more...a different font...light or heavy mix. As it is now the kerning is not working. Make some adjustments. You have a great idea at hand.

I'm gonna sound like a complete ass, but before you go poopin out logos at least execute them nicely. This is far from a professional logo IMO.

I find the small bit of black ellipse peeping over the head of the fox a bit distracting. Nudging the fox up a little to cover that would help, methinks.
