I like the concept, but think the execution could use some fine tuning. The graphic could be more graceful, plus I'm not sure about the blue color for flame. Natural gas burns blue, but you mention oil.

I would use a gradient from a combination of your blue with a light green to the blue you used, that would be more flamish and lively. As for the oil drop, it could be a little darker and it could miss the upper corner which could be part of the flame.
