So, for some critique: The style you've chosen for the logo has been seen many times, which won't make it stand out or unique. You could try making one that visually had something to do with the concept of Time.

I did try a few concepts with time, but they looked very cliched? so I played it safe with a typographic style.

I often struggle to come up with concepts without them being obvious and tiresome.
