i would remove the "reflection" and the drop shadow? is there one? it doesn't really add anything to the mark. i am not sure how literal you are intending the "illustration" element of the guy(?) holding up the barbell, but since it is bent it suggests a sort of lack of stability and kind of flimsiness. is there a reason for the bent aspect of the barbell?

i'd wonder how this would work in black and white.

The reason for the bent barbell is that i thought a regular babell would not be so atractive. So a put it in a perspective.
