nice job, a good example of less is more... one thing that might improve this even further is playing with the size of arrow Q ,,, it's a little big in my opinion because the spacing doesn't match with the rest of the letters. and the arrow head is too sharp and grabs the attention to the tip of the head a little too strongly

Perhaps change the thickness of the circle to match the arrow head. This may draw the eye in some more. I really do like the simple elegance.

I feel the typeface is far too light for the intended client. The thin, wirey font and symbol together lend themselves better to a piercing/jewelry store rather than recycling, a rather industrial process.
