This grabbed my attention. I like where you're going with it. I presume you pulled the 'E' from the type treatment to create that mark? However, the negative space (to me) is creating an 'F' rather than an E. Also the positive shape itself also looks like a lowercase 'A'. I'm not sure where I'm going with these thoughts, but thought I would comment anyways. :-p Nice looking logo.

Thanks! Sometimes it's great that other people are looking at something you created with fresh thoughts. For example, the F you're talking about has never crossed my mind, but now you say... you're right! Maybe I can work that out. Thanks for suggesting!

It's an organisation that employs professional people. That's about it. It was a little thing in the briefing, they wanted the pro to be emphasised and this is the way I did it ;)
