try franklin gothic or trade gothic all caps

Yeah, I agree with KGB...I think you could use an all caps of some sort. Also, I like that the mark is beginning to show an arrow towards the bottom of the mark within the red. Only thing is, it's pointing down. What about rotating the mark 180 degrees and making the arrow a little more prominent? Just some thoughts. You are on to a great start.
