This design is an \\\\\\\"ambigram\\\\\\\", which can be viewed upside down as well. Clever, eh? Perfect for a CD label and this successful recording company.
the problem with ambigrams is that they are often hard to read. That said, you state the name in the secondary text, so perhaps that isn't as much of an issue.
I do think you can rethink how the secondary text plays in with the logo, though. Right now, it just feels 'slapped on' and not really incorporated.
And good job on the ambigram...those aren't easy to pull off.
