I really like the symbol on the left, but am not sure exactly what it is supposed to be communicating. The only thing I can think of is perhaps interlocking gears?

the symbol represents connectivity. The 2 that aren't connected represents that there is growth possibility.

I like the mark a lot, but would the text look good with rounded edges to match the mark? Just a thought. Looks good!
