Thanks for the comments everyone. @Yglo Yeah we had that pointed out on Logo Lounge too - they are pretty close. The joys of designing in a super-crowded market! The concept was drawn by hand first and then vectorised, so it's as original as you can get. At least the two companies are on opposite sides of the world... @thisGuy, LOL. The backgrounds chosen ended up pretty similar. Good old radial fill using the brand colours.... I do like that Dream Tree mark, not convinced of the typeface used though.
