I like the mark and the type. It's very solid.

That missing "pixel" in the mark bugs me a bit though. Is there something I'm missing in the negative space? I can see the "M" and the "IT", I think, but I can't figure out why you knocked out that square, if for nothing else than visual interest.

Also, if you're going for something a little approachable, I'd warm it up if I were you. The grey/navy in combination with heavy, square type lends it to a more masculine, robotic feel than approachable industrial. To soften it up, I'd find a warmer accent color to use and I'd probably lose the embossing, but that's just me.

Overall, though, good work; it's pretty solid, and would look good on a business card.

Thanks volfro. I guess when I meant approachable, I mean approachable compared to most IT logos out there that is very stiff and very boxy. I figure the curves softened it up a little bit.

The negative forms an "i" instead of a big block giving it that simple edgy look to it. Having the big "I" block doesn't look good in my opinion, and having it lower case once again makes it "approachable". Thanks again.
