I hate to say it but I think this is too close to a brand in boston for an eye wear company called eye-q. Note the website does not have the exact version of the logo that they used to use. But their older logo was almost identical to the one above... you still can see it in whats up there.

But to do what? They look buff enough that they could be building railroads, but nobody does THAT anymore...what does this logo say about the company and what it does, other than that they do it determinedly?

I love the highly posterized 1920s look. Pretty cool.

The ampersand could do with a nudge or two to the right. "Titus" looks too separate from the rest of the type.

Overall great work!
