I dont get it. the blue background gradient wont be printed when its going to be used... sooo.... why put it in? Ohh. because you just want praise so youll do whatever it takes to make it look prety, instead of posting a real form of the logo for a critique. sorry, bad mood today.

Oh i forgot to add.. I do like what you have done with the KLAiSS. Looks professional. just drop the gradient. Maybe check the kerning on the IS and the LA ligatures.
