I like this alot. My only critique is that the mouth might need to be a little bigger. Other than that I think this really works.

This is really good. I would make the white rectangle behind the brown rectangle have rounded corners to match the brown rectangle's corners. Also, think that the brown drop shadow/stroke on the word "PERFECT" isn't a good idea - it just gets too muddy. Either all white or all brown would work. Still ...a nice refreshing logo! good job!
