not sure if you want critic or not, but i loke the mark, it could use a bit more breathing space.

the type , for me at least, needs work. kerning on marketside is all over the place. Also i think you should look a bit farther down the road for a better font, something that matches the mark would do this justice.

To me the name and mark just scream out for a serif font (a gut feeling I get sometimes about logos) Something like Ellington or Maximus? my 2 cents for what its worth
