not sure if you want critic or not, but i loke the mark, it could use a bit more breathing space. the type , for me at least, needs work. kerning on marketside is all over the place. Also i think you should look a bit farther down the road for a better font, something that matches the mark would do this justice.

Great Mark Sucka... would love to see it without the enclosed space. ClimaxDesign is rigth about the font...its not working, would you consider a serif font? To me the name and mark just scream out for a serif font (a gut feeling I get sometimes about logos) Something like Ellington or Maximus? my 2 cents for what its worth

Ive been working on it. Trajan Pro is looking a little scarry but i havent given up. Ill repost when i feel its ready. Thanks for the input yall.
