Love it! Great concept.
Is this for female or male underwear? The shape of the underwear is a little masculine/not-sexy. If it's for womens underwear then i would make the shape of the underwear more feminate...narrower towards the bottom.
...but that's just nit-picking.

let's be honest we all viewed this only b/c it was for underwear. :D Terrific logomark. I would alter one of the r's in "cherry" to give it a custom look.
