It's really interesting, 75% of the people I have showed this one to read 'pain' immediately! I really thought that this would be an interesting game - question mark presents the patient in pain (what's wrong) and exclamation is the doctor's advice (here's what you need to do)... And the red cross sign... Hm, who would say it's going to leave such a mess, ha? :)
