Pretty sweet. I've done a bit of editing and the red x doesn't ring any bells (doesn't * mean incorrect sentence?), so if anything I'd say you could do without it.

the 'x' is a proof readers mark.. technically it should have 2 x's at the front to indicate there are 2 corrections in the sentence.

that makes a bit more sense... but I think to the general audience it reads more like 'the edit professor is wrong'
