Ha, quadrupled M! Nice idea, but I would leave it as a part of the normal M...

tconrad said on Sep. 16 '08

I agree with Type08, I'd keep it all together as one piece. Reminds me of this "banana joke":http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-0ggJsZzxc i've heard.

Demetri Martin is great. I just watched his Comedy Central DVD the other night. Good stuff.

very insightfull. But u didnt have to separete the extra M leg

gthobbs said on Sep. 16 '08

Agree with the above. Don't separate the extra part and this is brilliant.

^DiTTTO.

Add a one to the left side of the m and you have 1 more ;-)

I love logos that stand just as type treatments. I think this one's a good example of that.

Very clever mate.

very nice & clever, I don't agree with the ones above... It is more recognizable with the seperated "m" I like it as it is. Good job

Brilliant!, attached the M and u are set

just noticed the kerning on this is a bit off...if you make changes, adjust it a bit, either tighten the m/o or loosen the o/r.... play with it a bit.

Puffmoike said on Sep. 18 '08

As above. The logo stood out in the gallery, but my immediate thought was that it's a great idea let down somewhat by the execution. Came to this page to find I was not alone ;-) There's two reasons I'd prefer to see it joined: 1) At the moment it reads 'miore'; and 2) The execution is drawing unnecessary attention to the addition - if it were simply a three-legged m the viewer would discover it for themselves that split second later, and the satisfaction that they felt in doing so would rub off on your firm.

And second tconrad regards the kerning ...

Wow guys/gals for the input. tconrad & Puffmoike, thanks for the kerning. We've been staring it so long you lose sight of some of those things.
