On my day off, I decided (for some crazy reason) to create the team crests for all 13 Quidditch teams in Britain and Ireland. They are not sanctioned or approved by anyone anywhere.

The oldest of the teams and still using the crossed bulrushes which has appeared on their robes since their very first match.
