Nayibi Naranjo Photography #1
by saawan
Logo for a photographer. Naranjo stands for Orange. The lens is shown as an orange slice. I feel that the leaves add a touch of feminity emphasizing that the photographer is a woman.

Like it Saawan... What if you move the leaves up and left a bit, like they are more part of the camera? If they even got to stay there (understand the point of the female photographer)... Orange slice as a lens is good enough for me :))

Nice idea, saawan. The orange slice/aperture alone would also make a nice mark.

I agree with firebrand. You could make the aperture opening part of the orange slices a little more apparent and lose the black camera shape. If you do that, I'd suggest a little more detail within the leaves. Maybe a highlight or something. All in all, great concept and idea!!

@Type08: Thank you for the feedback.
@firebrand: Thanks! I do agree with you that the slice alone would make a nice mark. I'll make one if this concept isn't selected. :)
@OcularInk: If I lose the camera shape, the slice won't represent the aperture anymore. The reason why I didn't use gradient for leaves is because I wanted the slice part to be simple as the camera already has highlights. My other version uses gradient on leaves. Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate it a lot!

No problem... But I think you have lost the 'photo touch' on your new version...
