The horse isn't bad but why that big nasty H behind it? Drop that and just work the type with the mark IMO.

I was not aware of BSU logo, i took inspiration from a horse image that i found on flickr. Didnt know someone has already done that.

You might also look at putting the eye in the right place. It appears to have floated when you placed, I mean moved the horse.
