Love it. At thumbnail size I was thinking...facelift? Skull? Not good. But I see what it's for and love it now. Very cool face/flame/skull. I don't think I've ever seen a treatment like that.

Might just add that the font is just a tad too Sponge-Bobbish for the mark. Something a bit grittier might be better. Regardless...I like.
