Description: A new Identity for a Literary Agency. They work mostly with Christian Literature. The Celtic knot (The Trinity) ties in with the name MacGregor being that it\'s Scottish. I then broke it up to create the letter M, as well as, a Christian fish (you might have to look a little closer).

As seen on: MacGregor Literary

Status: Client work

Commenting: Not seeking critique, comments fine

Not bad, but... personally I\'d put the word \'Literary\' below \'MacGregor\', simply because I read it top-to-bottom and see \'Literary MacGregor\'

Thanks! I tried a version with Literary at the bottom, but in the end the client chose this solution. Since \'MacGregor\' is significantly larger (and darker in value) than \'Literary\' I think most viewers will still read it \'MacGregor Literary\'. I also thought this would be a little less typical than having \'Literary\' at the bottom. Thanks again for the feedback. -Kevin

I think this is an interesting design but it irrevocably makes me think of tv series with witchs :)

Yes, you are correct, gcm. This celtic knot also known as the trinity is not a new symbol by any means. However, I feel my approach is unique. Refer to my description above. It explains the symbolism. Thanks.
