Too complicated, I mean too many different elements for logo that should be more simple in my opinion. In logo there should be maximally two saturated colors(mostly- there are exceptions) . This just can\'t work as a logo. Fonts look ok.

I think if you lost the \"oviedo\" at the bottom, and change the splat for \'de los\' to white with the text in either blue or red it might work better. I agree with mirwen72 that its just too busy right now.
