The pause mark is so relatively large that I at first didn't get it. I do like the concept of the U ascenders forming the shape.
Like the concept, Smaller pause needed. In my opinion an extension of the u with a horizontal white line to separate the pause from the u, but that's just my opinion.
Hot lava! I don't know what this logo is for, but I love it!
