MDR Street Team

This logo was designed for the band Middle Distance Runner. The band is having t-shirts made for members of their street team. They wanted a coat-of-arms with a hand-drawn look. The artwork from The Royal Tenenbaums was used as an example. Looking for feedback on colors especially.

I like this. maybe play with the strokes inside the flourishes a bit. more variation with thick to thin. as for the colors, i like them, the yellows of the flourish is very powerful, you may be able to balance that out by making the shield slightly larger.
