the top of the S looks a little off/too long and the W seems a bit too curvy. You might consider making the A and W match the rest of the letters a bit more blocky in overall shape. And the tag seems a little too tight to the logotype.

Cheers KGB. Well this is the first of many variations (infact it's the first idea i came up with...hence kerning and leading etc not corrected) and it's work in progress. I'll do a bit of tweaking here and there ;)
