Interesting... I like your type, and find your mark curious (in a good way)... i can picture the mark and see it as a Q, but its not all that obvious, which is ok. The incubation idea works well with the arrow pointing inwards...and it feels techy....so thats good. Its a memorable type and mark, but i'm still a tiny bit hesitant about the connection between the type and mark, i'll get over it. nice.
