I had the same problem as firebrand. This might be one of those concepts that is, perhaps, "too clever". Climax also makes a valid point. Even so, dude, there is some brilliant thinking behind your concept. :-)

thanks guys:).. this has been through a few stages.. the ripples, reflections in the water & even a rubber duck.. in the end.. i felt that at its simplest form it was best... id also thought about the 'drowning' too... but in the end we decided that the knees showing up front was enough to say he wasnt.
