Conceptually this is very strong. I am sure you can find something more harmonious for your choice of secondary typeface. Any special reason the primary letters are lowercase and the secondary part of the logo is uppercase?

While the actual font may need a bit of a tweek the secondary uppercase fits well with the block lettering of the lowercase primary mark.

i dont think its back to the drawing board completely, i just think you 'could' research the font for the secondary placement as dache was saying to make it fit a bit better, the main mark is already there.
