This trade name & a very similar logo is a registered trademark of Location Matters Inc. & Location Matters LP, and MJS Commercial Real Estate Inc.

Only info I can pull up on location matters in has a copyright date of 2011, MJS Commercial Real Estate Inc was incorporated in 2008 but I cant find a month and beyond that there was no direct connection between location matters and MJS commercial real estate.

This logo was uploaded 2008, if you can provide proof of prior trademark, proof of MJS being the parent company of LM and its incorporation date I will take down otherwise i see no reason to take this down.
