chazthetic said:the whole illustration vs logo debate weighs more on how he uses it than how it looks. Yes it's illustrative, but there are many other logos that are illustrative as well. If it appears only on the site, than it would seem he just took the illustrative pieces that were touching the typography and called it a logo, but if he uses this on business cards, stationary, email newsletters or anything else than it can be without a doubt called a logo.

This is actually my logo. It will be used on large format display (both web and print media, ie. posters, ads, etc.). I also have a smaller version with just the type "Web Designer Wall".
