Personally, I like this graphic better than the other one you did. It feels more tangible, and the eraser registers more as an eraser. Instead of it looking like an open flap. Keep going!
I think I like the colors and vibrancy of the other mark...but the illustration style of this one. I personally think you can loose the %22P%22 handle and use the type from the other one and you would be DONE.**Cool
I'm going to agree with dshikema and ahab. I prefer this illustration minus the handle. The eraser and the point look a little awkward on the other one but the colours are stronger.

I have browsed all logos on this site to see if others were copied and I found only one and I did comment on it also and removed that submission to our contest, although I assume they are doing this to other contests/logo galleries.
