The concept is interesting, but I would balance the leaf better in the letter. As it is, it appears to be too close to the bottom edge and not sufficiently balanced on the left edge. Personally, even though it is less \"leaf-like\", I would keep the leaf shape identical to the empty space in the letter \"e\" to retain balance.
