I am actively looking for critiques
- Pop Corn
- by Ramsak
- This is preview (it was not released yet) of logotype for pop-music tv show called Pop Corn. It's my first logotype uploaded on LogoPond... I'm 16-year old young designer from Slovenia and I'm actively looking for critiques and suggestions. This is (probably) not final version of logotype. I'm not really sure about "C" letter in logotype... Is it looking OK? Any advices?

CHAMELEON said:its looking good, even though it obviously reads pop corn you could probably get away with just using the outer of the 'c' like you have on some of the other lettering otherwise it looks a little like an 'e' also

Hayes Image said:I agree with Chameleon's comments about the 'c'...How would it look with rounded ends instead of squared-off ones?
Overall, I like it :)

logomotive said:pretty cool concept. It actually reads better in the lower part without the gradient.
I'm thinking it might clean things up a bit if you weld the p's into the o's leaving them still open but barely attaching them with rounded ends as suggested by Hayes. You could probably do this on all the letters, well at least it looks like you can. Very interesting. by rounding the ends it will also give it that popcorn kernel look such as the lower part of the p's. just some thoughts.
