It looks more suited towards an icon rather than a logo. i think if you simplify some of the colors and maybe remove the trees or re-work them. You need to get rid of extraneous details and just reduce the logo down to the core. What REALLY needs to be in the logo to communicate what you're trying to say? It is nice for an icon though.
