I have to agree with other commenter's. I searched around the internet to get an idea of how other banks with similar 'bank & trust' create their logo's and it seems that most will completely spell out the name. Like Albany Bank & Trust with no abbreviation. I think this would work better and look more original. I think a good example of this is watrust.com or Washington Trust Bank. They use a nice type along with a symbolic icon.
